James A. Kline, IV, is currently the treasurer of the Hanover County Bar Association. From 2003-2004 he was the President of the Greater Richmond Virginia Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. From 1999-2004 he sat on the foundation's Board of Directors. Mr. Kline continues to serve as the foundation's legal counsel.
Since 1997 Mr. Kline has been a member of the Richmond Jaycees and served as its legal counsel from 1998 to 2003. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Kline was a member of the board of directors of the Westover Hills Neighborhood Association, Inc. also serving as it's president of the corporation from 1997 to 1998.
JC Cancelleri has been a mentor and foster parent for more than twenty years. Between 1998 and 2006 he voluntered as a mentor at the Barrett Juvenile Correctional Facility in Hanover County working with hundreds of teenage boys. For the past ten years JC and his wife have also been therapeutic foster parents in Hanover County. In 2005 Hanover County desiginated JC and his wife foster parents of the year. JC also served on Hanover County's Disability Task Force.
